Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven

Marketing Lead

to head the B2B marketing efforts for our rapidly growing SaaS product. This is a leadership role that demands a mix of creative vision, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to scale user acquisition, engagement, and brand presence in the B2B segment.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement

growth-focused marketing strategies

to attract and retain B2B users. Lead end-to-end

digital marketing campaigns

across SEO, paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), content, influencer marketing, email, and social channels. Build and enhance

brand identity and positioning

across digital platforms including websites, landing pages, and customer touchpoints. Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to

optimize conversion rates and marketing ROI

. Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing with business goals. Manage a team of marketers and external partners to deliver consistent and scalable results. Utilize tools such as

Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, and HubSpot

to track KPIs and inform decisions. Stay ahead of the curve on

SaaS marketing trends

, technologies, industry and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

10+ years of overall marketing experience

, with

5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership roles

. Proven success in

growth marketing, performance marketing

, and lead generation. Strong understanding of

customer acquisition costs (CAC)

,

lifetime value (LTV)

, and user funnel metrics. Hands-on experience with tools like

HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress/Webflow, CRM, and automation platforms

. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
