Own customer and consumer insights, identifying purchase triggers and barriers across segments
Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to drive lifecycle marketing: acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth
Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, influencer, experiential) to build brand trust and drive conversions
Collaborate with product, growth, analytics, and tech teams to enhance the end-to-end consumer experience
Champion brand strategy and positioning across all platforms and consumer journeys
Drive innovation in marketing programs and test new channels to scale performance
Monitor KPIs and deliver data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing ROI
Ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging for different audience cohorts
Key Requirements
:
3-4 years in FMCG brand marketing
2+ years in D2C/eCommerce consumer marketing
Proven success in launching and scaling consumer products
Strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing channels
Experience working cross-functionally with product, growth, analytics, and creative teams
Ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
