Marketing Lead
to scale our product, brand, and growth to the next level.
Role: Marketing Lead
As a Marketing Lead, you will spearhead Islamicly's end-to-end marketing strategy -- owning growth, product marketing, brand presence, and user engagement. If you're someone who can combine data-driven thinking with creative execution, this is your opportunity to lead at the intersection of purpose and performance.
What You Will Do:
Own end-to-end Product Marketing & Growth
-- from user acquisition to engagement and retention.
Design and execute 360-degree marketing strategies
to scale the product from 1x to 10x.
Develop and run Go-to-Market plans
for new product features and platform enhancements.
Lead brand building and positioning
across digital platforms, including Meta (Instagram/Facebook), X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Use customer insights to shape messaging, campaigns, and product feedback loops.
Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Design teams for seamless cross-functional execution.
What We're Looking For:
5-8 years
of experience in marketing, with a focus on product/growth/brand marketing -- preferably in fintech, SaaS, or mission-led startups.
Proven ability to scale user growth and drive product adoption.
Deep understanding of digital channels, performance marketing, analytics, and brand storytelling.
Experience with content strategy, SEO/SEM, and organic/paid campaigns.
A strong eye for design, copy, and positioning.
Alignment with Islamicly's mission and values is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
