The Opportunity



This is an opportunity for an experienced and results-oriented B2B Marketing Expert to lead and shape our marketing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in accelerating VNZ Insights' growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies designed to enhance our brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and solidify our position as a key player in the market research and insights space. If you are a strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to achieving measurable results, this role offers a compelling platform for your expertise.

Key Responsibilities



Area 1: LinkedIn Marketing & Advertising:



Develop and manage a content calendar for both the VARKA Consulting and VNZ Insights
LinkedIn pages.

Create and publish 2-3 high-quality, engaging posts per week for each page, utilizing a mix of formats (text, single image, carousel). Conduct A/B testing on post copy, visuals, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to optimize engagement and lead generation. Design and manage targeted LinkedIn Ad campaigns (e.g., Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored
Content) with the specific goal of generating MQLs for PTSC, H2LN, and report downloads.

Focus content on the Varka Consulting page to specifically attract and engage the target
audience of sourcing and operations professionals in the energy transition sector.

Area 2: SEO Process Setup & Optimization



Develop and implement a robust on-page SEO strategy for key service and report pages,
including optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headers, content, and internal linking.

Restructure website information architecture where necessary to improve user experience and search engine crawlability. Build a repeatable checklist and process for optimizing all future content (blog posts, reports, service pages) to ensure consistent SEO best practices. Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic performance for targeted page

Area 3: Metric Tracking System Setup



Set up and configure goals in Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics (and other relevant
platforms) to accurately track MQL conversions (e.g., form fills, report downloads).

Area 4: Sales and Marketing Planning



Sales and Marketing Roadmap

: Collaborate with Sales and Product team to build Roadmap of Marketing initiatives through the year.

Sales Collaboration & Email Support:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to support
targeted email marketing campaigns and ensure seamless alignment between marketing

initiatives and sales objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with the product team, sales team, and CEO to ensure cohesive messaging, strategy alignment, and shared understanding of market dynamics.

Qualifications and Experience



4-8 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B marketing role. Strong experience in managing and growing a professional LinkedIn presence; familiarity with
LinkedIn Ads and analytics is advantageous.

Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies is essential. Experience in market research, consulting, or a related B2B services industry is highly preferred. A strong interest in or familiarity with the renewable energy, Green Hydrogen, or sustainable
technology sectors will be an asset.

Proven ability to generate high-quality B2B leads through various digital marketing channels.
