Blush and Bloom India is looking for a senior marketing manager for leading the overall marketing efforts and achieving growth.We need candidates with prior experience and understanding of Google Ads and Facebook ads, email marketing, social media marketing, and content strategy. We are looking for people who can start work immediately.Responsibilities: Drive all marketing initiatives from strategizing to planning, and execution with the senior management. Collaborate with team members to deliver results in marketing initiatives Research, analyze, and benchmark KPIs against competitor performance Collaborate with the SEM executives for keyword research and complementary campaigns. Collaborate with the SEO team to inform the content team and optimize website SEO. Manage all social media initiatives with the social media executive Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results. Understand target audience and work in close collaboration with the category team to promote seasonal products on the website and via multiple marketing channelsSkills: . Excellent team management skills. Understands content strategy and copy. Strong editorial acumen and understanding of what content works on which channel.
