Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven

Marketing Lead / Marketing Expert

to own the complete marketing lifecycle -- from brand strategy and demand generation to digital growth and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will design and execute scalable marketing strategies, lead teams, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Lead demand generation, branding, and digital marketing efforts. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Manage and optimize paid and organic marketing channels. Supervise content, design, and performance marketing teams. Plan and manage marketing budgets and ROI tracking. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Build GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for products and services. Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports. Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Strengthen brand positioning across channels. Manage agencies, vendors, and partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Marketing & Strategy Skills:

Growth marketing and brand strategy Proficiency in English communication Paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Funnel optimization and lead generation SEO, content, email marketing, and automation CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) Marketing analytics and reporting Customer segmentation and targeting

Leadership Skills:

Team building and mentorship Stakeholder communication Problem solving and decision making

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field MBA / Professional certifications preferred
