Job Description

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute a global marketing strategy for international commerce courses
Identify high-potential international markets (Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, etc.)
Build annual marketing plans aligned with enrollment and revenue targets
2. Student Acquisition & Lead Generation
Own end-to-end lead generation funnels (digital + offline)
Optimize conversion across inquiry ? application ? enrollment stages
Work closely with admissions and counseling teams to improve yield
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead digital marketing initiatives:
Paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
SEO, content marketing, email campaigns
Website conversion optimization
Track CAC, CPL, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
4. Brand & Communication
Position the institution as a credible global commerce education provider
Oversee branding, messaging, brochures, prospectuses, and digital assets
Ensure consistency across international touchpoints
5. Partnerships & International Outreach
Develop relationships with:
International education agents
Universities, colleges, and pathway partners
Overseas counselors and recruitment networks
Represent the organization at international education fairs, webinars, and events
6. Team Management & Capability Building
Build, mentor, and manage the marketing team
Set KPIs and review performance regularly
Collaborate with academic, admissions, and operations teams
7. Data, Reporting & Compliance
Monitor enrollment metrics, market performance, and campaign dashboards
Ensure compliance with international education marketing standards and regulations
