The Marketing Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, developing customized marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role ensures client satisfaction, identifies new opportunities within existing accounts, and works closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, issue resolution, and project updates.
Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing strategies and solutions.
Track and improve client satisfaction through regular reviews and feedback.
Business Growth & Strategy
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Support the development of account plans and growth strategies.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide client insights and recommendations.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Coordinate with creative, digital, and content teams to execute marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and improvements.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with client expectations.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide internal teams with clear briefs, timelines, and client requirements.
Participate in internal meetings to support strategic planning and innovation.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed records of account activities, interactions, and performance metrics.
Prepare monthly/quarterly account performance reports.
Track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in key account management, marketing, or client servicing.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, and campaign execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in FMCG, advertising, digital marketing, or agency environment.
Knowledge of market research, brand management, or customer segmentation. Experience handling high-value or enterprise-level clients.
