Job Title: Marketing / Investor Sales Interns

Department: Investor Sales (Channel Partner Sourcing)

Location: Mumbai

Duration: 2-3 Months Internship

Stipend: 10K + Incentives (On conversions)

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking CP sourcing / Investor Sales Interns who will assist in investor outreach, lead generation, and channel partner (CP) sourcing for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle initial investor inquiries and share basic project information.

-Schedule and coordinate investor site visits.

-Maintain a follow-up tracker for investor leads.

-Support in Channel Partner (CP) sourcing, onboarding, and coordination.

-Help conduct CP meetings, site visits, and project presentations.

-Maintain CRM data and track investor/CP communication.

Skills Required

-Good communication skills.

-Basic knowledge of marketing & sales.

-Comfortable with field visits & calling (if required).

-Eager to learn Real Estate Investor & CP ecosystem.

-Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
