About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic

Business Development Trainee

to support our outreach and centre operations activities. This role offers hands-on experience in field marketing, academic coordination, student engagement, and operational support within the EdTech sector. Candidates will gain valuable exposure to business development functions that drive institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities1? Study Material Distribution

Support timely distribution of academic materials to centres and students. Maintain inventory records and distribution logs accurately. Coordinate delivery tasks with relevant operational teams.

2? Faculty Coordination

Assist faculty with scheduling, classroom resources, and session-related requirements. Facilitate smooth communication between faculty and centre teams. Ensure timely support for academic operations.

3? Direct Marketing & Outreach

Participate in promotional and brand awareness activities. Conduct field visits, including door-to-door campaigns and school/college interactions. Assist in organizing events, seminars, and local marketing initiatives.

4? Lead Generation & Student Engagement

Collect inquiries through marketing efforts and outreach drives. Share leads with admissions and support follow-ups. Provide basic course counselling to walk-ins and prospective learners.

5? Market Research

Gather data on competitor activities and market trends. Submit periodic reports to aid business decision-making.

6? Administrative & Reporting Support

Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation. Support centre operations with basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate or final-year student in

BBA / MBA

(Marketing or related discipline preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Interest in marketing, sales, and education industry operations Readiness to travel for field activities Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
