About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answer queries by interested users
2. Drive intermittently around with the product so that people can see the product in action and respond if there are queries
3. Observe consumer behaviour
4. Coordinate with the mall team to ensure that the product and the signages are seen by the users
5. Shoot testimonials, videos and pictures of the product in action with a smartphone after taking consent (on camera or on paper)
6. Find creative ways to engage with the elderly and bring out nuances that wouldn't normally come out with surveys
7. Find ways to increase curiosity about the product among mall-goers leading to greater engagement

GoSolo is an elegant personal mobility product that offers seamless and hassle-free movement for controlled environments like malls and airports. Whether users have limited mobility or are simply fatigued, GoSolo helps them in saving energy and soak in the ambience.

GoSolo has been placed at a leading mall in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. We charge Rs 100 per hour from the users as rent for driving GoSolo within the mall.

The mall hours are 11.30- 21.30. However, there is going to be a lot of idle time in between. This is great for catching up on reading, podcasts etc. The intern has to be great with people, especially with the elderly and also have a cheerful personality. The intern should dress like a mall-goer but yet dress sharp.
