About the role
As a member of the People Communications team the Manager Digital Storytelling People Programs develops and delivers compelling content and engagement tactics that enhance company reputation reinforce the employee value
Responsibilities
Partner with HR Employer Brand Marketing and Social Media teams to develop an external content strategy to advance Cognizants employer brand with candidates and associates
Seek out and deeply understand people programs to identify opportunities to showcase Cognizants people programs and employee value proposition across external channels including social channels Careers website Cognizant.com etc.
Conduct interviews author and publish compelling content and multimedia assets
Maintain an editorial calendar of regular engaging people-focused content across external channels mainly Cognizants social media and company websites
Collaborate with Marketing Employer Brand and designers to develop a consistent look and feel of people content
Support and amplify people-focused PR opportunities
Uphold editorial standards and conduct thorough reviews to maintain consistent quality across all content pieces
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation editing and publishing
Propose innovative ideas best practices and creative breakthrough storytelling methods
Monitor and analyze content performance as well as other quantitative and qualitative data to assess engagement and refine content strategy
