Assist in market research and competitor analysis Support lead generation activities (online, telecalling, email, field support if required) Maintain and update customer and lead data in CRM / Excel Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations Support social media and digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.) Coordinate with production and operations teams for customer requirements Assist in follow-ups with prospective and existing clients Help identify new business opportunities and industry segments
