Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing sales & marketing strategies.
Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, and site visits.
Support in building strong relationships with customers (residential & commercial).
Help understand customer energy needs and suggest suitable solar solutions.
Contribute to lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures.
Stay updated on solar products and market trends.
Prepare basic sales reports and track competitor activity.
Candidate Requirements
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM tools a plus.
Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills (English & Hindi).
Passion for sales and interest in solar/renewable energy (preferred).
Willing to travel for field visits; having a valid driving license (own vehicle is a bonus).
