Job Description

The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in day-to-day tasks, including social media management, content creation, market research, and campaign coordination. The role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Manage social media pages (posting, scheduling, engagement). Support content creation for social media, blogs, and promotional materials. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Assist in organizing events, photoshoots, and promotional activities. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Operations) for marketing requirements. Help monitor campaign performance and prepare reports. Maintain marketing databases, CRM entries, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or pursuing Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or relevant field. Strong communication and writing skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media platforms. Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or basic design tools (preferred). Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks. Good analytical and research skills.
