About the Role

RevBoosters is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development and Data Analytics Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Zirakpur, where you'll contribute to optimizing hotel performance across online platforms and expanding our digital footprint.

### Key Responsibilities

1. OTA Management: Manage listings and performance across OTAs like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, etc., ensuring maximum visibility and conversions.

2. Competitor Analysis: Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and gaps.

3. Marketing & Promotions: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute effective online promotions.

4. Sales Channel Expansion: Identify and implement new digital channels and tools to boost visibility and sales.

5. Reporting: Generate regular reports on key metrics--sales growth, conversion rates, campaign impact, etc.

### Required Skills

Business & Data Analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel
Familiarity with OTA platforms (preferred but not mandatory)

### Eligibility Criteria

Must be available to work full-time, in-office (6 days a week)in Zirakpur
Must have completed or be pursuing MBA, BBA, MCA, or Hotel Management
Freshers and career restarters (especially women) are welcome to apply
Strong interest in analytics, online sales, and hospitality
