Roles & Responsibilities:

Marketing Interns at FlatX will be responsible for offline property acquisition and outreach to landlords. Their tasks will include :

Stipend & Performance-Based Compensation:

Performance-Based Pay Adjustment:(Total Stipend / Target Listings) x Actual Listings Completed = Final Pay

Example: If the intern achieves 60 listings out of the 75 target in Plan 1, their final pay will be:

Fieldwork in Assigned Areas:

Each intern will be assigned a specific area by FlatX and must focus exclusively on that area. The working areas include:

Identifying Vacant Flats:

Go

door-to-door

in designated areas, including residential societies, independent houses, and apartments. Speak directly to

property owners and security guards

to inquire about vacant flats. Look for

'TO-LET' signs

and gather details about the property.

Pitching FlatX to Owners:

Explain how

FlatX helps owners find tenants faster

by listing their properties on our platform. Highlight FlatX's

zero-brokerage policy, digital visibility, and direct tenant connections

. Persuade them to onboard their property on

FlatX

.

Flat Listing Process:

Collect

owner details, flat specifications, and images/videos

for listing on FlatX. Ensure accurate and complete data collection.

Assisting Tenants:

Visit tenants as assigned by the company and

show them properties

listed on FlatX. Help tenants understand the benefits of renting through FlatX and

facilitate deals

. For every successful deal, the intern will earn

10% commission

on the amount paid by the customer.

Work Schedule:

Visit residential societies and apartments as per the assigned area. Daily reporting of listings onboarded and tenant interactions. Maintain a

log of approached properties

for tracking progress.

Plan 1:

Stipend:

?5000 per month

Target:

80 flats per month

Work Days:

Monday to Saturday If an intern fails to meet the target, their stipend will be

prorated

based on actual performance. Formula for payment calculation:

No sharing of collected owner details

outside FlatX.

No external usage of proprietary data

collected during fieldwork. Any breach of confidentiality will result in

immediate termination

Real Estate Market Insights:

Understand the dynamics of the

real estate industry

, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Gain exposure to

property acquisition processes

and tenant behavior.

Sales and Marketing Expertise:

Learn to develop and deliver

effective sales pitches

to property owners and tenants. Build strong

negotiation and persuasion skills

through practical, real-world interactions.

Customer Relationship Management:

Enhance interpersonal skills by interacting with

landlords, tenants, and security personnel

. Learn the art of building and maintaining

long-term professional relationships

Master the ability to

FlatX does not provide leads

to interns. They must

find and onboard properties independently

through field visits. Interns must be

self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented

. This internship requires

daily travel

within assigned areas for fieldwork. Interns will be

monitored via daily reports

and must maintain professional behavior. Students from Delhi, Noida locations, who live in Patna or nearby are most welcome for this internship

Position Financial Rewards

Paid-Fixed-Range 5000 - 10000 Monthly Includes Incentive Fixed 5k+ TA+ Additional Incentives on performance basis.
