Sales and Marketing Expertise:

Learn to develop and deliver

to property owners and tenants. Build strong

negotiation and persuasion skills

through practical, real-world interactions.

Customer Relationship Management:

Enhance interpersonal skills by interacting with

landlords, tenants, and security personnel

. Learn the art of building and maintaining

long-term professional relationships

Time and Target Management:

Master the ability to

prioritize tasks

and achieve targets within deadlines. Understand the importance of

daily reporting and goal-oriented planning
