We are looking for an energetic and motivated Lead Generator Intern to join our Sales and Marketing team. You'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating potential leads for our services and products. If you are good at research, communication, and have a knack for finding people who need what we offer--you'll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Researching and identifying prospective clients via various channels (online, directories, social media, etc.)
Collecting contact information (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) of decision-makers in target companies
Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria (industry, size, budget, geography, etc.)
Maintaining a lead database / CRM with accurate and updated information
Assisting the sales/marketing team in outreach efforts (emails, cold calls, social media messaging)
Following up on assigned leads and tracking conversion potential
Preparing daily/weekly reports on lead generation activity (numbers, status, outcomes)
Suggesting improvements in the lead generation process
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or finished Bachelor's / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field
Good research skills; ability to use search engines, LinkedIn, and other tools to find prospects
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets especially)
Self-motivated, result-oriented, ability to meet targets
Attention to detail -- ensuring that contact info and data are accurate
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
