Role Overview:

Marketing Intern

to market OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, and Green Card consultants to U.S. clients and vendors. This is a

Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively market bench candidates (OPT/CPT/H1B/H4 EAD/GC/USC) to vendors and clients. Identify and build relationships with new vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. Negotiate rates, close deals, and schedule interviews for candidates. Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure timely updates on interview status. Track submissions, interviews, and placements to meet monthly targets. Stay current on U.S. recruitment trends, visa regulations, and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

0-3 years in U.S. IT Bench Sales Recruiting (Freshers can apply). Excellent understanding of visa categories (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC). Strong vendor network and proven ability to generate new client leads. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
