What You'll Be Responsible For:
1. Marketing Support & Lead Generation
Assist in identifying target B2B segments such as:
Hospitals
Pharma & Manufacturing
IT Parks & Corporate Offices
Hotels, Malls & Commercial Buildings
Residential & Government Facilities
Support lead generation activities through:
LinkedIn & email outreach
Database handling
Campaign follow-ups
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers
2. Campaign Execution & Brand Support
Support execution of marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Assist in creating marketing collaterals such as:
Social media posts
Flyers & brochures
Presentations & pitch decks
Help maintain brand consistency across all communication
3. Market Research & Content Support
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Assist in identifying industry trends and client pain points
Support content creation related to:
Facility management services
Compliance & safety awareness
Service education (duct cleaning, HVAC, FM, etc.)
4. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain marketing data related to:
Leads generated
Campaign performance
Outreach responses
Update trackers using Excel / Google Sheets
Ensure clean and organized records
5. Internal Coordination
Work closely with:
Sales team (lead coordination & follow-ups)
Operations team (service understanding)
Design / content support (if applicable)
Assist in smooth coordination between marketing and sales
