2. Client & Consumer Interaction:
Coordinate with clients for queries, bookings, and follow-ups.
Act as a clear communication bridge between users, partners, and internal teams.
3. Growth & Experience Optimization:
Implement updates, content improvements, and packaging changes for experiences based on performance insights.
Identify gaps and suggest enhancements to improve conversions.
4. Data-Driven Sales Support:
Maintain and update sales, engagement, and performance metrics in MIS systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
Provide the sales team with accurate data, insights, and coordination support.
5. Cross-Functional Communication:
Ensure smooth coordination between product, sales, content, and partner teams.
Track progress and follow through on deliverables across departments.
