Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with creative agencies for event deliverables (designs, creatives, collaterals). Liaise with event management agencies to ensure smooth execution of event plans. Support the marketing and communications team with event-related campaigns, content, and updates. Track and follow up on timelines, deliverables, and approvals across functions. Research and propose creative ideas to enhance attendee experience and engagement. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Provide on-ground support during rehearsals, dry runs, and event days.

What We're Looking For:

BA/BBA/BMS/BMM Graduate or MBA/ Pursuing MBA preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and events. Proactive and resourceful with strong follow-up skills. Familiarity with MS Office/Google Suite; design tools (basic) is a plus. Prior event/marketing internship experience is mandatory.
