Marketing Intern

to support MRAI's marketing, outreach, and communication initiatives.

, you will assist in delegate outreach, advertiser engagement, marketing communications, and research to strengthen MRAI's visibility and industry connections. This is a

full-time, on-site role

based in

Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai

.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:

Explore and analyse potential delegates, sponsors, and industry stakeholders to strengthen event outreach and strategy.

2. Lead Generation:

Build and qualify leads by reaching out to prospective participants, exhibitors, and partners through personalized calls, emails, and LinkedIn networking.

3. Delegate Outreach:

Connect with potential delegates to promote IMRC Jaipur 2026, highlight participation benefits, and drive registrations through effective communication.

4. Advertiser Engagement:

Research and approach businesses for advertising opportunities in MRAI's magazine; identify market players with strong potential but limited technological presence, and position MRAI as a growth enabler.

5. Venue & Hospitality Research:

Conduct research on suitable venues, hotels, and service providers to support events, conferences, and exhibitions, along with other key meetings and partnerships.

6. Industry Event Research:

Research and identify relevant recycling-related events, conferences, and exhibitions where MRAI's participation can add value, strengthen visibility, and build new industry connections.

7. Delegate Services:

Provide assistance and resolve queries for delegates, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and a positive experience.

8. CRM & Reporting:

Maintain updated databases, track outreach and advertising progress, and prepare analytical reports to support the marketing and business development teams.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Freshers and candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting. Basic understanding of marketing, social media, and outreach tools is a plus. Knowledge of AI tools and marketing automation is an added advantage.

Education:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.

Attributes:

Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Keen interest in marketing, events, business development, and the recycling/sustainability sector.

Stipend:

As per industry standards.
