Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Plan, manage, and monitor both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Create engaging and brand-aligned content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
Manage the company's social media presence, engage with the audience, and grow the community.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare detailed reports, and recommend improvements.
Organize and coordinate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing or related roles (0-2 years for entry-level, 3+ years for experienced candidates).
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and Google Analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
