About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Sales & Marketing Intern

to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real estate marketing strategies, sales operations, and client interaction. You will assist in generating leads, coordinating site visits, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping close deals under guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

lead generation

through digital platforms and outbound calling Work with the sales team to follow up with prospects and schedule

site visits

Coordinate and maintain records of leads, visits, and client communications

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills Comfortable in interacting with clients and team members Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
