to support our BPO/CSE business by identifying and generating qualified leads for customer support, call center, and back-office services. This role provides hands-on exposure to B2B marketing, outbound lead generation, and client acquisition strategies in the outsourcing industry.
Location: Dwarka
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
Work timing: 9 Hour Shift
Key Responsibilities-
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media
- Assist in executing lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content, ads, etc.)
- Collect, organise, and maintain lead data in CRM tools
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team
- Support email marketing and outreach campaigns
- Track and report lead generation metrics and campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead funnels
- Assist with content creation for landing pages, emails, and social posts (if required)
