Intern - Roles & Responsibilities
Objective:
To assist in smooth execution of the Lucky Draw Event by informing customers about the offer, issuing lucky draw coupons, maintaining customer data, and supporting the CRE in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Approach and inform customers about the ongoing Lucky Draw promotion.
Clearly explain the offer - customers receive a lucky draw coupon on a minimum purchase of ?2,000.
Ensure customers understand how to participate and when the draw will take place.
Coupon Issuance:
Verify customers' bills to confirm they meet the ?2,000 minimum spend.
Issue the correct number of coupons per eligibility criteria.
Ensure coupons are properly filled out by customers and dropped into the designated drop box.
Data Maintenance:
Record all participating customer details accurately in the event log.
Ensure the data is complete and legible (Name, Contact Number, Bill Amount, Store, etc.).
Handle customer data with confidentiality and professionalism.
Event Support:
Assist the Customer Relations Executive (CRE) in all event-related tasks.
Help with managing crowd flow, organizing queues, and addressing customer queries.
Be available for any ad-hoc responsibilities that arise during the event.
Professional Conduct:
Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional attitude with customers and team members.
Be punctual, dress appropriately, and follow the event schedule.
Report any issues or irregularities immediately to the CRE or supervisor.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
