Job Summary

We are looking for a

Marketing Intern

to support our real estate marketing activities, including digital promotions, lead generation campaigns, site marketing, and customer engagement initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate marketing and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for real estate projects Support digital marketing activities (social media posts, WhatsApp campaigns, emailers) Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups and campaign responses Help in creating marketing collaterals (brochures, creatives, presentations) Conduct market research and competitor analysis Support site marketing activities (events, hoardings, walk-in management) Maintain lead data and marketing reports

Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Marketing / Mass Communication Basic understanding of marketing concepts Good communication skills (English & local language) Familiarity with social media platforms Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva (preferred)
