Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday (9AM to 6PM)

Location:

You'll need to work on-site daily at our office near Iskcon Temple, Sector 67A, Gurgaon. This is a totally offline internship; no hybrid or work-from-home options are available. Our office setup is decent, operating from a combination of two shop spaces (totaling four rooms); it's not a large corporate office. Candidates located near or in Gurgaon are preferred.

Team Size:

We currently have a team of 12-15 people.

Stipend:

Interns will receive a stipend ranging from Rs. 10,000 to 15,000 per month, depending on their performance in the final interview round.

Full-Time CTC:

For those offered a full-time role after the internship, the CTC (Cost to Company) will be in the range of Rs 2 Lakhs to Rs 2.4 Lakhs per annum

Internship Benefits:

Interns will receive an Internship Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) upon successful completion of their internship.

Commitment:

We need individuals who can give a long-term commitment to the organization. We aim to retain candidates who perform well as full-time employees.

The minimum internship (probation) duration will be 3 months. Please only apply if you are committed to joining us long-term as a full-time employee after the successful completion of your internship.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing



Manage

social media accounts

(Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Execute

SMO (Social Media Optimization)

strategies to drive engagement. Manage

marketplace presence

(Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and coordinate campaigns. Handle

retention marketing

- email, WhatsApp, remarketing campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

2. General Marketing & Brand Development



Support

offline and print marketing initiatives

(brochures, posters, packaging). Assist in

marketing strategy development

with leadership. Coordinate

video shoots, creatives, and design requirements

with internal & external teams. Work with directors on

brand positioning and storytelling

. Manage

PR activities

, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.

3. Psychology-Driven Insights (Preferred)



Apply

consumer behavior and psychology principles

in campaign strategy. Research and analyze

target audience behavior, motivation, and preferences

. Provide

psychology-backed insights

for branding, retention, and customer engagement. Develop content and campaigns that

emotionally connect

with customers.

Eligibility



Someone who can

join as a full-time employee

after completing the 3-month internship. Someone who is

not looking for just a short-term internship

. Candidates pursuing studies via

distance or online mode

are preferred.

Educational background in Psychology

is highly preferred.
Pursuing or passing a

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in

Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Mass Communication, or a related field

is strongly preferred.
