We have built a brand that speaks human, and we're looking for a fellow rebel to join the squad where the Marketing Intern will support day-to-day brand and community initiatives for Luna
Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and reviews on social media, Reddit, and other platforms.
Handle concerns and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and in Luna's brand voice.
Identify potential risks or issues in online discussions and flag them to the team & proactively recommend potential solutions.
Support the Brand Manager in maintaining consistent customer communication across ongoing campaigns.
Help maintain a positive and trustworthy online brand image.
Requirements:
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented while dealing with upset customers.
Attention to detail and responsiveness.
Understanding of social media and online communities- Reddit is a must.
Interest in health, wellness, or tech is a plus..
