Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Marketing Fresher, you will support the marketing team in developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) Supporting social media management (content creation, scheduling, analytics) Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights Collaborating with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials Helping manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and tracking Monitoring website analytics and reporting on performance metrics Participating in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives Providing administrative support for marketing activities and events

You Should Have:

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and contribute to the team. The ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities You're smart, creative, and maybe just a little bit rebellious. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiasm for marketing and eagerness to develop new skills * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
