ABOUT THE ROLE
Robosiddhi Pvt. Ltd. is hiring motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to support our STEM and Robotics education outreach across Jaipur. This role is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing campaigns, and institutional outreach in the education sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead generation: mapping schools, colleges, and coaching institutes
Outreach through calls, emails, and scheduling demos
Participate in field visits, presentations, and school meetings
Support social-media marketing and content activities
Assist in workshops, exhibitions, and student events
Daily and weekly reporting
ELIGIBILITY
Students from BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Tech or related fields
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
Interest in sales, marketing, and ed-tech
Able to commit for at least 3 months
Jaipur-based candidates preferred

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM Education Marketing Business Development Manager based in Jaipur. The manager will develop and implement marketing strategies, establish and manage B2B channels toward schools, and identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, driving sales, building partnerships, and increasing brand presence in the edtech industry. Additionally, the role involves overseeing strategic campaigns to support business growth and executing presentations or workshops to highlight RoboSiddhi's education solutions.
Qualifications:
Strong background in Business Development, Partnership Management, and Strategic Relationship Building
Understanding of the EdTech industry, particularly in STEM, AI, IoT, robotics, and drone education
Skills in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Campaign Execution, and Customer Engagement
Experience in Sales, Networking, and Lead Generation within the B2B space targeting educational institutions
Proficiency in Communication, Public Speaking, and Presentation for workshops, meetings, or conferences
Organizational skills, including market research and data-driven decision-making
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is required, with a preference for STEM-related expertise
Prior experience in education or Edtech marketing is a strong advantage.
