JD: Marketing Intern -- Recruiting Genie LLP

About the Role:

We're seeking a creative and self-driven

Marketing Intern

to help strengthen Recruiting Genie's brand presence across digital platforms. The role blends content creation, design, and storytelling -- turning our services, insights, and success stories into impactful digital campaigns, with flexibility for occasional in-person collaboration for shoots, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute content for LinkedIn and other social media channels

Design high-quality creatives, infographics, and short videos using

Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools

Ideate, script, and edit

video content

(reels, founder messages, service explainers) using tools like

Canva Video, Adobe Premiere Rush or similar tool

Manage the monthly content calendar, ensuring consistency and quality

Draft post copy, emailers, and web content aligned with brand tone

Monitor engagement and prepare brief performance summaries

Research trending topics, industry updates, and competitor campaigns

Coordinate with external freelancers (design, ads, or PR) when needed

Support basic website updates or blog postings (WordPress if familiar)

Assist in preparing marketing decks, proposals, or case study templates

Ideal Profile:

Pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Design, or Mass Communication

Strong written and visual communication skills

Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop

; knowledge of Illustrator or Premier Pro is a plus

Comfortable creating short-form video content

for LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts

Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and content analytics

Interest in startups, HR, or consulting industry preferred

Self-starter attitude, curiosity to learn, and ability to deliver independently

Internship Details:

Type:

Full-time Internship (with flexibility for in-person collaboration at our Noida office)

Duration:

3-6 months (with potential full-time offer based on performance)

Location:

Noida (NCR-based candidates preferred)

Mode:

Hybrid -- primarily onsite when required, with some remote flexibility

Stipend:

?10,000-?18,000 per month (based on skills)
