Arrow Electronics is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Components Digital Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a data-driven culture from the ground up.


We're looking for candidates who are:

Eager to learn and naturally curious Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Strong communicators who can collaborate effectively with senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders

In this role, you'll build dashboards, troubleshoot tracking issues, and perform deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

What you will be doing

Leverage data analytics and visualization tools--such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BI--to deliver statistical insights Own key business data and provide recommendations for future action Identify gaps in current tracking systems and collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve them Discover opportunities to enhance data collection and tracking capabilities Integrate external data sources with digital analytics to enrich insights Write and validate acceptance criteria for analytics implementations Deliver reports and fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests Lead and complete long-term analytical projects Stay current with emerging tools and methodologies in digital analytics and advocate for continuous improvement

What we are looking for

4-year degree and at least 5 years of experience in analytics Proficiency in SQL, Python, Azure Databricks, and Adobe CJA (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics also acceptable) Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements Experience in A/B testing, marketing analytics, and customer behavior analysis Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams to prioritize, design, and optimize data-driven solutions Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
