Position: Marketing Intelligence Analyst
:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Components Digital Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a data-driven culture from the ground up.

In this role, you'll build dashboards, troubleshoot tracking issues, and perform deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
What you will be doing

• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools--such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BI--to deliver statistical insights
• Own key business data and provide recommendations for future action
• Identify gaps in current tracking systems and collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve them
• Discover opportunities to enhance data collection and tracking capabilities
• Integrate external data sources with digital analytics to enrich insights
• Write and validate acceptance criteria for analytics implementations
• Deliver reports and fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests
• Lead and complete long-term analytical projects
• Stay current with emerging tools and methodologies in digital analytics and advocate for continuous improvement

What we are looking for

• 4-year degree and at least 5 years of experience in analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Azure Databricks, and Adobe CJA (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics also acceptable)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Experience in A/B testing, marketing analytics, and customer behavior analysis
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams to prioritize, design, and optimize data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
