The Role

Where you fit Mobility is the shopfront and face of Shell. With 46,000 service stations in around 80 countries, we\xe2\x80\x99re the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest mobility retailer and one of the biggest single-branded retailers of any kind on the planet. In this role, you will play a critical role in the marketing delivery function of the Mobility Business (Fuel Retail) in India for Shell. The mobility business in India is one of the key growth markets for Shell globally and this role plays an important part in the communications team to bolster our growth ambitions. What\xe2\x80\x99s the role? As the Marketing implementer you will be responsible for internal communications and public relations for Shell Mobility India business. You will also ensure proper accruals of cost and manage budgets for public relations calendar for the mobility business and Internal Comms. Manage timely reimbursement of all activities and ensure prompt reviews for PR agency and other creative agencies involved. Further roles and responsibilities:

• Create and execute a robust public relations calendar for the mobility brand in India and ensure timely and flawless execution of the calendar by managing multiple agencies.
• Manage and align the key stakeholders with quarterly reviews and performance for the channel. Track and manage performance of the PR agency for mobility- access.
• Create a strategy for LinkedIn and other professional platforms for managing the reputation and key updates for the brand that is fit for purpose.
• Content creation for all PR articles, internal briefing documents, posts, and emailers.
• Create a yearly calendar of all internal engagement and communications for mobility in India and Identify key opportunities to drive up engagement for internal audiences across all centers for mobility.
• Create and publish a quarterly newsletter with key updates from business and other key events.
• Liaise with other Internal Comms (IC) focal across centers to understand the \xe2\x80\x98Shell India\xe2\x80\x99 IC plan and interventions and create buzz and awareness for all major initiatives and campaigns internally.
• Access and track the performance of all internal comms channels for each campaign.
• Plan and execute any big internal events.
• Ensure no non-compliant and brand safety on IC and PR channels.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of the event/interaction calendar for the business spokesperson.

What we need from you

• Graduate of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or similar, preferably with master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or communications.
• With 5-7 years of solid experience in marketing specifically in public relations, internal communications, brand management and copywriting.
• With good commercial and business acumen.
• Willing to be assigned in Bangalore and travel occasionally.
