Job Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to manage both marketing initiatives and HR operations. This unique role combines strategic institutional sales activities with year-round HR supervision responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing & Business Development:



Respond to inquiries and RFQs from educational institutions Manage institutional client relationships and service delivery Coordinate with schools for uniform specification and design requirements Prepare proposals and presentations for institutional procurement processes Represent the company at school vendor meets and empanelment processes Ensure timely fulfillment of institutional orders and quality standards Maintain documentation for institutional sales and compliance

HR Supervision:



Oversee daily employee management and operations Handle employee conflict resolution and grievance management Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Maintain employee records and documentation Support recruitment and onboarding processes Coordinate with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) Foster positive workplace culture and employee engagement

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR and/or marketing roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage institutional client relationships Knowledge of HR practices and labor law compliance Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel within Chandigarh-Panchkula-Mohali region for client visits

Preferred Skills



Experience in institutional sales or B2B marketing Understanding of education sector procurement processes Knowledge of textile/garment industry Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems Conflict resolution and mediation skills Multi-tasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities Two-wheeler/own conveyance for local travel Experience in handling RFQs and tender documentation

Work Schedule



6 days per week (Tuesday to Sunday) 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (9 hours including lunch break) Monday off Overtime compensation as per Shops & Establishments Act, where applicable

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
