Salary:

60,000 - 70,000/- (Based on Experience)

Develop and implement marketing strategies for Agri Inputs products Lead and mentor the marketing team Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align production with market needs Manage marketing budgets and campaigns to drive product awareness and sales Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in the agricultural sector Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in marketing practices

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of Agri Inputs and the agricultural industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
