Job Title: Marketing Director - B2B SaaS (Full-Stack Growth, SEO, Content & Ecosystem Marketing)
Location: India
Reports To: CEO
Role Overview: The Marketing Director will own the entire marketing engine, combining organic, paid, brand, and technical marketing functions into one unified growth motion. You will build scalable inbound and outbound programs that generate high-quality pipeline, elevate the brand, and strengthen our ecosystem presence. You'll work directly with the founders to shape positioning, GTM strategy, and revenue alignment.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO, Content & Thought Leadership

  • Lead a high-performing SEO strategy -- keyword research, on-page optimization, and authority building.
  • Build a content engine across blogs, case studies, webinars, videos, and social posts.
  • Create technical and developer-focused content (APIs, SDKs, tutorials, GitHub, webinars).
  • Drive thought leadership across key channels -- positioning the company as a category leader.
2. Email Marketing & Lifecycle Automation
  • Own end-to-end email marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Design nurture workflows and drip campaigns in tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, or Marketo.
  • Segment audiences based on lifecycle stage, behavior, and engagement.
  • Optimize open rates, CTR, and conversion with A/B testing and data-backed personalization.
  • Collaborate with sales to align email sequences and outbound automation.
3. LinkedIn & Social Media Marketing
  • Build and execute a LinkedIn-first organic and paid strategy focused on reach, engagement, and authority.
  • Manage the company's LinkedIn presence -- posts, events, newsletters, and employee advocacy.
  • Partner with founders and sales leadership to grow personal brands and leverage thought leadership.
  • Experiment with LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and account-based outreach.
  • Expand brand awareness through Twitter/X, YouTube, and community channels.
4. Technical & Ecosystem Marketing
  • Developer Marketing: Build developer community, documentation, tutorials, and events.
  • Integration & Marketplace Marketing: Promote and manage integrations (HubSpot, Slack, Zapier, etc.).
  • Ecosystem GTM: Develop co-marketing and partner growth strategies with other SaaS tools.
5. Brand Strategy, PR & Events
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across channels.
  • Drive PR and thought leadership through podcasts, guest posts, and media relations.
  • Plan and execute webinars, product launches, and industry events.
  • Maintain brand consistency and storytelling across all touchpoints.
6. Growth & Performance Marketing
  • Oversee Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting with ROI-driven optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing, CRO, and landing page experimentation to maximize conversions.
  • Manage budgets, track CAC, and optimize for payback period and ROI.
7. Revenue Operations & Analytics
  • Build an integrated RevOps model linking marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Manage CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), workflows, and lead scoring.
  • Define and track metrics like pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, and MQL ? ARR contribution.
  • Establish dashboards and reports for executive visibility.
8. Leadership & Team Building
  • Build, hire, and mentor a cross-functional marketing team (SEO, content, growth, design).
  • Collaborate closely with founders, product, and GTM leaders to align execution.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, focusing on measurable outcomes.
  • Develop a data-driven culture of experimentation, testing, and iteration.
Must Have:
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in high-growth companies.
  • Proven success scaling ARR from $2M ? $10M+, with inbound and ecosystem-led growth.
  • Strong command over SEO, content, email marketing, and LinkedIn marketing.
  • Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Customer.io, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and marketing automation.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills -- both technical and brand.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and eager to execute with speed and ownership.
