Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement

overall marketing strategies

to achieve business goals. Lead a team of marketing professionals and manage day-to-day marketing operations. Plan and execute

digital marketing campaigns

(SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Paid Ads). Drive

brand awareness and positioning

across online & offline platforms. Oversee

content creation, product promotions, and creative campaigns.

Conduct

market research

to analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior. Manage

marketing budgets

and measure ROI of campaigns. Collaborate with sales, operations, and vendor teams for aligned marketing efforts. Build and maintain partnerships with external agencies, influencers, and media outlets.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years of experience

in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role. Strong knowledge of

digital marketing, social media, and brand management.

Proven experience in

strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership.

Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines. Degree in

Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication

or equivalent. Experience in

e-commerce / retail industry

will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
