About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Marketing Head

to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building brand presence, executing result-oriented campaigns, and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead branding, digital marketing, content, and offline marketing efforts. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities. Manage budgets and optimize marketing ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure brand consistency. Build, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve KPIs. Track campaign performance through metrics and analytics, ensuring continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum

7 years of progressive marketing experience

with at least

2 years in a leadership role

. Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). Proven expertise in brand management, market research, and campaign execution. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
