. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, enhance dealer engagement, and support sales growth across India and international markets.
This role requires a strategic, innovative, and result-oriented leader with deep understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing dynamics within the renewable energy and electronics domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Brand Leadership
Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with EAPRO's business objectives.
Position EAPRO as a trusted and innovative brand in the solar and inverter market.
Lead the marketing team to deliver effective campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
Manage the overall marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven execution.
2. Product & Channel Marketing
Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote solar products, inverters, batteries, and related power solutions.
Collaborate with the
Sales and Product
teams to create targeted marketing materials for dealers, distributors, and customers.
Support product launches with effective go-to-market strategies, promotional materials, and digital communication.
Develop dealer and distributor engagement programs to strengthen the sales network.
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Build a strong digital presence through SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
Oversee digital advertising, website content, and online customer engagement.
Track lead generation performance, conversions, and customer engagement metrics.
Leverage analytics tools to optimize digital reach and improve marketing ROI.
4. Branding, Communication & PR
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including print, online, and outdoor media.
Lead corporate communication, media coordination, and public relations efforts.
Develop impactful marketing collaterals--brochures, catalogues, videos, and case studies.
Oversee CSR and brand visibility initiatives aligned with the company's sustainability goals.
5. Events, Exhibitions & Promotions
Plan and execute participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Coordinate dealer meets, product demonstrations, and regional marketing campaigns.
Manage branding activities at retail touchpoints and ensure uniform brand presentation.
6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitor movements.
Provide insights for new product development, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
Identify and evaluate marketing opportunities in both domestic and export markets.
7. Reporting & Team Development
Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports for top management.
Define and monitor team KPIs, ensuring accountability and performance excellence.
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team aligned with company goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
Minimum
10 years of marketing experience

solar, inverter, electronics, or renewable energy industries

Proven experience in leading cross-functional marketing teams.
Strong understanding of both offline and digital marketing channels.
