About the Role



We are looking for a execution-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing function. This role goes beyond strategy--it's about building the brand and managing high-impact campaigns. You'll be responsible for driving visibility, engagement, and growth while ensuring the entire marketing team operates with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities



1. Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth goals. Identify target markets, craft positioning strategies, and lead market entry and expansion efforts. Build the marketing roadmap with clear KPIs, timelines, and performance benchmarks.
2. Brand Ownership & Team Leadership

Own and evolve the overall brand identity, tone, and perception in the market. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of brand managers, ensuring they are aligned, productive, and delivering results. Foster collaboration within the marketing team while ensuring accountability and ownership across roles. Encourage fresh thinking and lead with a balance of creativity and analytical rigor.
3. Campaign Management & Execution

Design and oversee the execution of digital and offline campaigns across relevant channels. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, on-brand, and focused on customer acquisition and retention. Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines for all campaign-related activities.
4. Digital & Content Strategy

Lead digital efforts across SEO, social media, content marketing, email, and paid ads. Drive the creation of engaging, high-performing content aligned with business objectives. Monitor content consistency and innovation across all platforms and formats.
5. Analytics & Performance

Measure the impact of campaigns using analytics tools and regularly report performance to leadership. Refine strategies based on insights, customer behavior, and market trends. Drive ROI across all marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with sales and revenue goals.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities. Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and key business milestones.

Requirements



2+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing brand and managing people (especially brand teams). Strong understanding of marketing funnels, brand architecture, and performance marketing. Ability to lead remote teams, juggle multiple priorities, and make data-backed decisions. Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills.

Preferred Skills



Experience in high-growth/startup environments. Comfort working in fast-paced, outcome-driven setups. Strong creative instincts with a sharp analytical mindset.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
