Role Overview



The Marketing Head will lead the overall marketing, branding, and digital growth strategy for real estate projects. This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of real estate marketing, hands-on expertise with Farvision ERP, and the ability to drive lead-to-revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement 360 marketing strategies across projects. Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and brand positioning frameworks. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing insights.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation



Lead performance marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media campaigns. Manage digital agencies and optimize CPL, ROI, and conversion ratios. Track the entire funnel from lead generation to booking.

Branding & Communication



Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns including hoardings, print, radio, and events. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Oversee creative development for brochures, creatives, and launch collaterals.

Project Marketing & Launches



Plan and execute project launches, events, and promotional campaigns. Work closely with sales and CRM teams for inventory push and customer engagement. Farvision ERP & MIS Integration Use Farvision ERP for inventory tracking, pricing updates, booking status, and MIS. Generate marketing dashboards and analytics reports. Coordinate with IT/ERP teams for system enhancements.

Vendor & Team Management



Manage agencies (digital, creative, PR, media, events). Lead and mentor the internal marketing team.

Key Skills & Competencies



Mandatory experience in real estate marketing. Strong expertise in Farvision ERP and CRM systems. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and branding. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Education



MBA in Marketing / Business Management preferred.
