Job Summary:
The
Marketing Head
will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, generate quality leads, and support sales targets across residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and the ability to drive both digital and on-ground marketing initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and project timelines.
Build strong brand positioning for the company and individual real estate projects.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
Plan and oversee marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
2. Campaign Management
Design and execute 360 marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events).
Coordinate with creative and media agencies for ad campaigns, brochures, hoardings, and video content.
Evaluate campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead generation.
3. Digital Marketing
Oversee all digital marketing activities: SEO, SEM, social media, website management, and email campaigns.
Manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).
Track and analyze lead flow, conversion ratios, and online reputation.
4. Sales & Lead Support
Collaborate with the Sales Head and CRM teams to ensure steady qualified lead inflow.
Monitor lead sources, cost per lead, and conversion funnel efficiency.
Support sales teams with marketing collaterals, presentations, and customer engagement materials.
5. Event & On-Ground Marketing
Plan and execute property launches, customer meets, channel partner events, and real estate expos.
Strengthen brand visibility through local partnerships, sponsorships, and PR initiatives.
6. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team for optimal performance.
Foster a results-driven and creative work culture.
Regularly review and report on marketing performance to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven expertise in
real estate marketing
(residential & commercial projects).
Strong understanding of
digital marketing, brand strategy, and media planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Ability to work across locations (Durg and Raipur) efficiently.
