The hospitality division, with its dynamic and rapidly expanding QSR brands, represents the next phase of strategic expansion.
We are seeking a Marketing Head to lead Brand, Digital, Performance, and Communication initiatives for Lil Gamby and Hungry Kong. This role will define brand identity, drive customer acquisition, expand digital visibility, and ensure seamless on-ground execution across all restaurants.
Role Summary
The Marketing Head will design and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy--integrating brand vision, performance marketing, creative direction, analytics, and operational coordination. The role requires a startup-driven mindset and strong alignment with restaurant teams to ensure consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement brand strategy for both QSR brands.
Maintain unified brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
Lead brand refresh/repositioning when required.
2. Marketing Planning & Execution
Create annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Run integrated campaigns to drive footfalls, acquisition, and loyalty.
Manage marketing budgets with an ROI-focused approach.
Ensure flawless campaign execution at store level.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead Meta ads, SEO/SEM, YouTube/display, retargeting campaigns.
Oversee social media, influencer partnerships, and online reputation management.
Manage website content, UX, and conversion funnels.
Monitor and optimise digital performance using analytics tools.
4. Content & Creative (Working Knowledge Required)
Basic understanding of food styling, design, videography/photography, editing, and copywriting.
Hands-on capability with AI tools for marketing automation.
Guide and evaluate creative output.
5. Aggregator Management (Critical)
Manage Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto listings, ratings, and visibility.
Lead platform campaigns, partnerships, and catalogue optimisation.
6. Guest Engagement & CRM
Build customer lifecycle and loyalty programs.
Manage CRM segmentation, email/SMS, and automated journeys.
Strengthen customer sentiment through structured feedback systems.
7. PR & Communications
Lead PR strategy, brand communication, and media relationships.
Lead visibility-building for brand and leadership.
Handle crisis communication when necessary.
8. Partnerships & Alliances
Identify and negotiate collaborations with influencers and lifestyle brands.
Lead co-branded and visibility-enhancing partnerships.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure on-ground execution through coordination with store teams.
Work closely with Operations, BD, Finance, Supply Chain, and Tech teams.
Manage vendors and agencies effectively.
Skills & Competencies

Deep understanding of QSR/retail/FMCG consumer behaviour.
Strong digital and performance marketing expertise.
Creative judgement and aesthetic sensibility.
Analytical, commercial, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience
MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferably from a premier institute).
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Exposure to Startup + QSR/FMCG/Retail environments preferred.
