Job Description


The Marketing Head will perform a wide range of duties in support of go-to-market
plans for our products and solutions, including managing the execution and
measurement of organic and paid marketing campaigns, developing the content
strategy, working with partners on joint marketing efforts, managing the online
footprint for all marketing activities, as well as interacting with, and reporting from,
QB's internal CRM and campaign management systems. The ability to manage
several marketing functions simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment, is critical. Primary Responsibilities

  • Branding and Marketing Operations: Responsible for creating and
executing marketing strategies to spread awareness about the company and
build new ties
o Collaborate and work closely with the sales and marketing teams in
formulation and delivery of both the offline and online brand
marketing strategies o Develop and execute plans for thought leadership for all initiatives,
wherein a wide range of content is used in order to build awareness
and credibility
o Establish metrics for the purpose of measuring initiatives and events
effectiveness, identifying key success factors
o Understand customer insights and competitive landscape to lead
initiatives and ensure maximum positive impact and facilitate new
brand marketing opportunities
  • Stakeholder Management: Represent Queuebuster in relevant forums/
seminars/ conferences etc. to spread brand awareness about our solutions
o Work with key internal stakeholders to improve and develop
communications material for the company such as brochure, website,
content on social media, videos, poster etc.
o Work with relevant teams to maintain media relations and ensure
media visibility
o Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders for planning
and organizing events; negotiating for the events with strong
emphasis on minimizing expenses
o Grow and lead a team of marketing, digital, brand and content lead;
employ a coaching mentality to support team members' goal
attainment, capability development and ongoing professional
development
o Establish standardized marketing practices and train internal staff to
properly executing them
o Responsible for press releases and keeping all media channels
updated on upcoming events
o Draft media releases, backgrounders, and manage other media
communications as needed
  • Digital: Leverage digital platforms and technology for outreach and
spreading awareness; ensure Social Media content is up to date with all
news and internal/external events
Key Measures of Success
  • Effective budgeting and ROI on marketing campaigns
  • Quality of communication through multiple channels
  • Extent to which the technology, social media and innovative means are
leveraged
  • Meeting the annuals targets for new leads identification and empanelment
  • Managing the pulse of the stakeholders at large
  • Quality of events/activities planned and adherence to the timelines (as per
plan) Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?1,200,000.00 - ?3,500,000.00 per year Schedule:

  • Sector 67, Noida, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
