Performing competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and best practices and apply them to our marketing initiatives
Monitoring the performance of the marketing team and ensuring that all marketing deliverables are up to standard.
Brand management:
Ensure consistent messaging and a positive brand image across all marketing efforts, building relationships with local partners and communities.
Relationship management:
Foster positive relationships with patients, local community groups, and other partners to support marketing objectives.
Lead generation and patient acquisition:
Create and manage systems to capture leads from various marketing channels, track their progress, and ensure they are converted into new patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required, with a Master's degree often preferred for a Head of Marketing role.
Experience:
Proven experience (typically 10-15+ years) in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the healthcare, dental, or e-commerce industries.
