Drive long-term growth by strengthening market presence in modular building solutions.
Position Modulex as a trusted partner across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, hospitality, and retail projects.
Highlight innovation, sustainability, and execution excellence as core differentiators.
Industry Expertise s Brand Positioning
Combine strategic thinking with practical execution to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
Understand construction markets, customer decision-makers, and competitive dynamics.
Translate project capabilities and execution strengths into compelling brand narratives and go-to-market strategies.
Focus on brand leadership, market expansion, demand generation, and alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
End-to-End Marketing Ownership
Oversee the complete marketing function including brand management, corporate communications, digital marketing, content strategy, and go-to-market initiatives.
Guide the development of high-impact campaigns showcasing project portfolio, technical expertise, sustainability initiatives, and compliance credentials.
Set direction, establish priorities, and ensure consistent quality and effectiveness across all marketing outputs.
Sales Enablement s Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with senior leadership, sales heads, project teams, and external partners to support large-value opportunities, tenders, and strategic accounts.
Oversee the creation of capability decks, proposal materials, case studies, and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders including developers, architects, consultants, EPC contractors, government bodies, and corporate/retail clients.
Ensure marketing inputs strengthen bids, proposals, and client engagement across all target segments.
Data, Insights s Market Intelligence
Utilise CRM platforms, analytics tools, and market intelligence to evaluate campaign performance, track lead quality, and assess brand visibility.
Provide insights to leadership for strategic adjustments, budget allocation, and future planning.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to maintain competitiveness in a dynamic construction environment.
Team Leadership s Performance Management
Build and lead high-performing marketing teams.
Manage agencies, vendors, and optimise marketing budgets for measurable impact.
Strengthen brand credibility, support revenue growth, and position the organisation for long-term success.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 15+ years of marketing experience, with significant exposure to construction, infrastructure, real estate, or modular building companies.
Strong understanding of B2B, project-based marketing and long sales cycles.
Experience working with technical teams, engineers, architects, and consultants.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and agencies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in modular construction, prefabrication, industrial buildings, hospitality, or EPC projects.
Exposure to government, PSU, or institutional projects.
MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
